• Advance application, package, PowerShell module, About, workspace fallback, and executable metadata to 1.1.1.
• Add version consistency coverage for the displayed executable file version.
• Add v1.1.1 Release Notes and Changelog entries.
• Update README download guidance and build examples to v1.1.1 while retaining the stable /releases/latest URL.
• Preserve the existing v1.1.0 tag without moving or overwriting it.

The v1.1.1 Release will publish the native UI and snapping pane-resize feature set after the v1.1.0 workflow was blocked by a missing unsigned-installer disclosure. PR #15 fixed that publication boundary.
